Meet Dr. Melissa Noland Chester

Dr. Melissa N. Chester is committed to serving and impacting the lives of those in our community by improving the situations of others through facilitation, consulting, and motivational speaking. She displays characteristics of dedication, diligence, & passion in order to assist individuals and organizations in actualizing their potential.
This is evident from the numerous individuals and organizations she has helped. This includes the co-creation of the grassroots program Positive Proof Mentoring at Raa Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida; aiding Divine Designs Event Planning & Decor, LLC with streamlining & quality control; assisting former Jacksonville Jaguar, Donovin Darius create and run his non-profit organization, The Donovin Darius Foundation, since 2011; and aiding Black Educators Rock, Inc. with their strategic planning and Annual ROCK Conference.
She was also the event coordinator for the 1000 Men Rally in Tallahassee, Florida, event coordinator for the Affordable Care Act enrollment initiatives throughout the state of Florida, and worked with the City of Tallahassee Parks & Recreation to create and present numerous programs, seminars, and workshops for the community they serve.
She also is heavily involved in character development and mentoring of preteens, teenagers, college students, and young adults. Dr. Chester has also presented numerous seminars, sessions, and workshops on numerous topics locally, regionally, and nationally, including but not limited to Personality & Communication; Conflict Resolution; Poverty Mindset; The Seven Dimensions of Health & Wellness; & Youth PD, including SEL; Character Development; and Financial Literacy for schools, non-profit organizations, churches, community events, universities, and conferences/conventions.
